Delete your CashLog account

You can delete your account and its data yourself, in the app, at any time.

In the app

1. Open CashLog and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you cannot use the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm by email and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name and email address.
• Every business you own, with all of its books, entries, bill photos and member lists.
• Your membership of other people's books, invitations you sent, and your notification tokens and sign-in sessions.

What is kept

• Entries you added to books owned by someone else stay in those books, so their records remain complete. They are shown as written by "Deleted user" and no longer carry your name or email.
